After confirming the failure point, we detached the glass, unbolted the old regulator, and carefully fed it out through the service opening. A new OE-quality regulator was then fitted, the glass reattached, and the window recalibrated so the anti-pinch function and one-touch operation worked correctly. Finally, the door was reassembled with all clips and seals seated properly, no rattles, no wind noise, no shortcuts.
