Your service will take around 1.5 hours on average but the time will depend on the type of vehicle and service required.

Yes, we are a fully registered MRB so we can maintain your factory warranty with our logbook servicing.

Yes, we can complete your extended warranty services and in most cases, carry out any needed warranty repairs for you also, depending on which type of aftermarket warranty you have.

Yes, we can do nearly all possible repairs on vehicles which you can see on our services page.

On your booking date, you can expect to be greeted at the counter where you can confirm any concerns about the vehicle you are booking in. We will then carry out what is required and if any issues arise, we will contact you throughout the day. Upon picking up your vehicle, we will run you through what was done with any associated photos or videos if applicable and then we will organise payment. You will then be sent a tax invoice as a PDF via email that you can keep for your records and/or tax purposes. A safety report will follow if your vehicle is in for service.

We are currently open from 7:30am until 4pm.

Yes, we can secure your vehicle at our premises if required.

Drop off is preferred, however in particular circumstances, we can organise to do your job while you wait.

Yes, we have a small waiting area with Wifi available and Foxtel on the TV.

Yes, we currently have one loan car available.

Normally that is OK for us, however it is advised to call beforehand.

We are not mobile at the moment, however we do plan on getting the mobile van back up and running in future.
