Why Transmission Servicing Matters
Automatic transmission fluid does far more than lubricate. It transfers hydraulic pressure to engage clutch packs, cools internal components, and carries away wear particles. Over time the fluid breaks down, additives deplete, and heat causes it to lose viscosity. Once that happens, shifts become harsher, clutch packs glaze, and metal contamination accelerates.
